The facilities and infrastructure of The Club have been enhanced significantly over the last few years to both benefit the existing Club Members and to attract new Members and Guests to The Club.
The prime focus of The Club is to provide a central point for community based activities and interaction; as a result, the main facilities fall into one of two categories – Social and Entertainment Facilities and Sports Facilities; The Club also provides certain other additional facilities for the benefit of the Members both as individuals and as groups.
The Club’s facilities can be detailed as follows:
The Library has a stock of fiction and general interest non-fiction books, split between English, Hindi and Malayalam languages; these books are added to on a regular basis through Member contributions; all books are available for Members to check-out on a loan basis; the Library also provides Members with access to current / prior Bahrain and Indian newspapers and periodicals (English, Hindi, Malayalam & Tamil languages)
The Banquet Hall has recently been refurbished and is now fully equipped with all audio-visual aids necessary for its use as a meeting room; it can be booked by Club members through The Club’s Reception for use during Club Opening Hours.
The Conference Room can be and is utilized for a wide range of activities both passive and active – examples being meetings, karate classes and dance lessons; it can be booked by Club members through The Club’s Reception for use during Club Opening Hours.
